This project was a main floor renovation for our client. Our clients are young professionals with a growing family of three boys. They love entertaining friends and family and required better storage solutions. We redefined their living space by knocking down some of the existing walls to open up the room. We also relocated the dining room which provided our client with a larger living room with ample seating for entertaining, and incorporated hidden storage. We delivered on their industrial chic vision by layering materials such as brick, wood and iron with accents of brass. Bearing their practical needs in mind, we chose durable surfaces and materials such as leather and wood. We balanced this by adding softness with lush fabrics such as micro-velvet, bringing warmth and creating harmony in the space.
