DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE 1
DISCOVERY CALL
In the discovery call, we explore your needs and understand the vision for your home. We broadly establish the scope of your project, discuss timelines and budget; and give you an overview of our process. This is an opportunity for us to determine how our services will deliver the home of your dreams.
PHASE 2
IN PERSON CONSULTATION
We visit you on-site and tour your space. This is when we take the time to understand your lifestyle and what your ideal outcome is from this transformation. We will discuss the scope of the project and explore your design aesthetic in further detail. This consultation is an opportunity to provide you with our insights and establish a plan forward.
2 Hour Consultation.
PHASE 3
DESIGN PLAN
This is when we come in for site inspection and measurements and coordinate with contractors/trades etc. as per the scope of work.
PHASE 4
DESIGN PRESENTATION
With information gathered from our consultation, we present you with an initial design presentation.
This includes:
Floor plans
Special features and design elements
Mood boards
Furniture and light sourcing
Interior finishes and materials samples
Estimates for trades

PHASE 5
DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
We continue to fine tune the design and refine the overall project. Once you have finalized the drawings and finishes, we provide a final presentation for review and approval before implementation. As we manage the project, we will continue to support you with:

Budgeting and estimates
Coordinate with builder, trades, architects and consultants
Project scheduling
Material and fixture specifications and schedules
Project administration and job site visits
PHASE 6
THE FINAL REVEAL
Once the construction is completed, all furniture and fixtures are installed. We source any remaining accessories or artwork to add finishing touches to complete the transformation of your home.
